Perhaps the best phrase I have heard in a long long time, why cant a person be as valuable as a bomb? especially when we are capable of even more destruction!

  2. Sam Varnham says:

More money is spent on bombs and bullets than on teaching/education in school – somebody please tell me what is more beneficial to the economy …. or the world?!
I love this post. It’s so concise and to the point. Lets paste it all over the towns ….. paint the town ‘green’ !!!

Why can’t a person be as valuable as a bomb?

I was discussing nuclear weapons the other day, and weapons in general. The amount of money invested in not only the bombs themselves but the TECHNOLOGY for the guidance systems etc is astronomical! Can you imagine the good that could be achieved with that money? It would be incredible.

But, then again, since when have politicians looked at the bigger picture? If they did they might notice the threat from climate change!

    Fab poster!

Us fucking artists need to be in parliament!

  5. Ian careless says:

the governments of the world don’t give a toss about the rest of us…
We will always be nothing in there eyes.
People will never be more valuable as a bomb… to our governments
The uk and the USA created a false flag war after 9/11 ans 7/7
Do you think they care if nuclear is a cause of this climate change… No
if all the people of the world demanded to remove all nuclear from this dying world, i am sure that we could rebuild this beautiful planet into a paradise. …. But that will never happen.
All The money that our government spend on the war could be spent on climate change
But what is more important to our government … war , power
I have said this time and time again.. If the world was governed by only women that they would never be a climate problem, poverty, war ,

  6. Vivienne says:

Be sure we don’t confuse nuclear bombs with nuclear energy. At the moment I accept James Lovelock’s argument in favour (see Lovelock’s The Vanishing Face of Gaia). It is very important that each of us makes up our mind about this is view of the need for clean, safe energy to confront climate change. I am meeting Jonathon Porritt soon and hope to have him explain why he is against it.
