Absolutely great!
I’m always drawing ideas from the past and where better to start than the Tate Britain.
I think that with the Olympics as well, … there will be an influx of visitors to the gallery, especially the national gallery as well, and i hope that many people from London and England itself will visit them too.
It’s great when somebody who thinks Art is nothing to do with them goes to these galleries and actually experiences them first hand, and gets to look at such amazing artwork. My friend a maths student at Birmingham came with me to the National gallery a few months ago and absolutely loved it.
